    Cable Tricep Extensions:

    I felt terrible and these were also done very late. I had just enough time to do a little accessory work, but cut the tricep extensions in half and completely cut the dumbbell curls sets.

    Another late night. These went really well. Smooth and crisp. The power jerks are coming along quickly after not doing them for a long time.

    No accessory work. I've been pretty worn out by Saturday evening, but I'm hoping to figure out some sort of accessory work for the jerks.

    This is one of the best snatching days I've had in a long time. Everything was done as true sets, which took a lot out of me since I haven't done much volume lately, but they went really well. I made a clean run and felt strong and confident. I couldn't be much more pleased.

    I did all of these as true sets, without resting between reps. It took a lot out of me, but they were all good solid reps. I'm very happy with this.

    I had an extraordinarily bad day today. I was beaten and exhausted. And it got worse when I went to squat. An ankle and a knee, on opposite sides, hurt. I worked it out the best I could. I managed a great final set, but I was fried afterward. I replaced my back-off squat sets with leg press because I couldn't handle a barbell on my back any more.
