I did not hit the weight I had hoped, but I did managed to make several technical corrections that helped me lift the weight with less strain, and do so more comfortably. So I'm pretty happy with these.

    Lat Rows:

These went really well. I'm very happy with how fast and smooth they went. It was difficult to not throw on more weight and go for a max. But I got my goal and stopped.

After a week of barely touching a barbell, and celebrating a couple birthdays this weekend, I was bloated and sluggish today. I was also very stiff. My ankles, knees, and hips did not want to move.

Once I got everything on the lower half of my body squared away, then I had trouble balancing anything with my shoulders. They were very shaky and weak.

    Hanging Knee Raises:

I felt terrible this morning coming into this. I didn't think I'd be able to perform at all. But things smoothed out once I got moving. I'm very happy with this.

    Back Squat
    45-10x2
    95x1
    135x1
    160x1
    185x1
    205x1
    220x1
    230x1
    230x1
    230x1
    230x1
    230x1
    5/5

    Leg Press:
    12 plates- 50x1, 8 plates- 25x2

These were a lot harder than I ever thought they would be. Every rep was a slow grinder that I barely completed and I needed a couple minutes between attempts. The leg presses nearly killed me.
