    Jerks
    95x5
    120x5
    145x5
    165x5
    175x3
    185x1

I didn't sleep well, had a hard day, got home late, and felt less than stellar during warm-ups. But things smoothed out during the sets. I ended up having a really good session.

    Deadlift
    135x5
    185x5
    235x5
    265x3
    295x10

These were all very slow grinders, but I'm very happy I was able to get all 10 as I had hoped. Now I can go into de-load week feeling accomplished.

    Weight: 170.3

    Snatch:
    95x5
    115x5
    122.5x5
    132.5x5
    140x1
    140-miss
    140-miss
    140x1
    140x1
    140-miss

    Hang Snatches:
    115-3x3

    Dumbbell Curls with Fat Gripz:
    25s-10x5, 20s-15x2

This started out very well, and then I just started missing reps. Everything clicked really well, and even the misses felt light and easy. I tried taking my time and not rushing, and I caught them easily, and then dropped them. I'm not sure what was going on. I'm not worried about it. I'm sure it'll be fine.

I have decided to start alternating heavy pulls with light weight hangs every few weeks and see how it goes.

I've also decided to slightly alter my bodybuilding assistance routine.

    Press
    45-10x2
    75x5
    92.5x5
    105x5
    120x8
    120x6

    Cable Leg Extension:
    4 plates-10x3, 3 plates-15x3

    Cable Tricep Extensions:
    3 plates-25x2, 2 plates-25x2

Presses went really well. I'm happy with these.

    Cleans
    95x5
    115x5
    135x5
    155x5
    165x5
    175x1
    175x1
    175x1
    175x1
    175x1

    Hang Cleans:
    145-3x3

    Cable Curls:
    3 plates-10x5

I was absolutely beaten down today. I was busy all day yesterday after training, and today before training, and didn't sleep well.

Cleans were exhausting, and everything was done essentially as singles, with time to rest in between, even on light warm-ups. I was sweating and worn out in the first set. But things went well enough. I managed a clean run and they all looked and felt decent.

    Back Squat
    45-10x2
    95x5
    137.5x5
    160x5
    180x10

    Back-off Sets:
    95-10x5

The main sets felt light and went smoothly and quickly. I could've gotten more, but 10 was my goal and I hit it. The back-off sets were a slow death.

    Bench Press
    45-10x2
    95x5
    122.5x5
    142.5x5
    162.5x10

    Leg Press:
    12 plates-25x2, 10 plates-25x2

    Tricep Extensions:
    3 plates-25x2, 2 plates-25x2

These were slow hard reps, but I managed to hit what I wanted.

    All good quality reps.

    No accessory work.

    Deadlift
    135x5
    185x5
    210x5
    240x5
    272.5x10

This was the absolute fastest I've ever hit a set of 10 in anything. The bar flew up tonight. I'm ecstatic with this. It wasn't heavy, but not only could I have cranked out a few more reps, but I was shocked at how fast they went up.
