    I got plenty of sleep for once, but I had a long hard day. My hands are chewed up and hurt. And it got cold suddenly. I hate training in the cold. I was stiff and had trouble getting loose. I never felt right at all. I got everything overhead alright, but couldn't balance anything.

    I felt a lot better today. I had a long hard day but I felt good and was ready to train. And it went well, until the last rep buried me in the hole. I caught it cleanly and just stayed there, unable to move. I think it's time to go back to a more squat heavy type of training. My legs are incredibly weak.

    I did not have much to give to these today. I was pretty beaten down. I decided to do box squats for assistance, for no particular reason just because I hadn't done them in years. I was surprised at how quad heavy they were. I was expecting more of a hamstring workout.

    These were absolutely terrible. I had hoped for a couple sets of 5, but I felt beaten down. Every rep was brutal. The sumo rep actually felt the best, which is unusual.
