    Deadlift
    135x5
    185x3
    225x2
    275x1
    315x1
    345x1

These were going well, I was just tired and weak. I didn't think I'd get any more if I tried.

    Snatch High Pulls:
    175-3x3

I have some minor stomach virus again that is wearing me down. I slept a lot, but have been run down and dehydrated all day. I felt pretty bad going into this. Fortunately I managed a decent session.

I did true sets of 5 for the warm-ups, and then did singles, with minimal rest, for the working sets. Things started off awkward and rough, but smoothed out by the end.

    Press
    45-10x2
    87.5x5
    100x5
    115x8
    115x5

    Dumbbell Curls with Fat Gripz:
    25s- 10x5, 20s-25x2

I worked overtime today on my day off, and it was a long hard day. Training was late tonight and I was tired. And this was a lot harder than anticipated. I really thought I'd get 10+ on my last set. When I didn't, I decided to go for an AMRAP again. The presses themselves were good, but I wore out quickly.

    Cleans
    95x5
    115x5
    135x5
    150x5
    165x1
    165x1
    165x1
    165x1
    165x1

    Clean High Pulls:
    205-3x3

My legs were dead before warm-ups were finished, which is why I've changed things up. Each of these cleans at the final weight were decent on their own. But the sets leading up to them were all terrible by the 3rd rep.

    Back Squat
    45-10x2
    95x5
    135x5
    155x5
    175x10

    Back-off sets
    95-10x5

After an incredibly busy and hard day at work, I really didn't want to squat or train at all. These 10 reps nearly defeated me. They took twice as long as they should have, and my legs feel like jelly. Back-off sets were worse.
