    Back Squat
    45-10x2
    95x5
    125x5
    150x5
    172.5x5
    195x10

    Back-off sets:
    115-10x5

I did not sleep well once again last night. I'm not sure what's going on, but I was very worn down today. I didn't expect these to be very good sets, but I managed to grind out all 10 reps I wanted. It took a solid 2 minutes, but I got them. Back-off sets were a little slice of hell.

    Bench Press
    45-10x2
    95x5
    127.5x5
    147.5x5
    167.5x8
    167.5x8

    Tricep Extensions:
    4/3/2 plates-AMRAP

The 2nd set was better and stronger than the 1st set. I'm disappointed that I didn't reach 10 the 1st set, but was happy with how I ended.

I had planned leg presses, but my legs were dead from yesterday, so I skipped them.

I had a family event after work, was out late, and could not train. I did both sessions on Sunday.

    Jerks
    95x5
    135x5
    155x5
    172.5x5
    187.5x1
    187.5x1
    187.5x1
    187.5x1
    187.5x1

    Deadlift
    135x5
    185x5
    220x5
    255x5
    285x5
    285x5

Today was a hard day to end a hard week. My lower back was sore all day and I was apprehensive about training, but it felt better after warming up.

    Jerks:
These went very well despite my legs still being dead from squats. They weren't as bad as yesterday, but they weren't great. My back felt solid for these. I was happy with these.

    Deadlifts:
My lower back was tender when I went to pull, but not really hurting. I decided going in that I wouldn't go for any max rep sets, and just aim for 2 sets of 5, and be happy.

    Weight: 171.2

    Snatch:
    95x3
    115x3
    130x3
    145-miss behind
    145-miss forward
    145-miss forward

    Dumbbell Curls:
    30s/25s/20s - AMRAP

And that was all I did today. Something popped in my shoulder on my warmup rep. Didn't hurt, just felt it and missed the rep. Next rep wasn't steady overhead. And the 3rd rep hurt a little. So I called it a day on the overhead work. It didn't hurt at any point other than the catch position. I'll see how it feels going forward and evaluate as I go.

    Press
    45-10x2
    65x3
    85x3
    102.5x3
    117.5x3
    132.5x4
    132.5x4
    132.5x4

    Leg Extensions:
    5/4/3 plates-AMRAP

    Barbell Tricep Extensions:
    42/32-AMRAP

The shoulder itself felt fine today. I noticed some tightness and discomfort in the neck and trapezius area which made this a little difficult, but there was no actual pain.

The lifts themselves weren't as strong as I had hoped, because I was apprehensive about my shoulder and didn't push things very hard. I was still able to have 3 equally solid sets at my work weight, so I'm happy with that.

    Cleans
    95x3
    115x3
    135x3
    155x3
    175x3
    192.5x1
    192.5x1
    192.5x1

    Dumbbell Curls:
    30s/25s/20s-AMRAP

My back was absolutely fried when it came to training time today. Work wore me out. These were not easy, fun, nor very technically sound.

    Back Squat
    45-10x2
    95x3
    135x3
    165x3
    185x3
    207.5x7
    207.5x5

    Back-off sets:
    115-10x5

I didn't have quite enough left in the tank to get the 10 reps I wanted. And my 2nd set was even worse. But I did my back-off sets with very little rest and felt pretty good doing it.

    Bench Press
    45-10x2
    95x3
    115x3
    137.5x3
    157.5x3
    177.5x6
    177.5x5

I was very rushed tonight. I took about half as long to warm up and between sets as I wanted. Shoulder didn't hurt, but definitely felt off and weak. I didn't push these very hard.

    No time for accessory work.

I did not get to train at all, due to a combination of family and work obligations.
