    I felt run down and weak coming into this, and it ended up better than I thought it would.

    Snatch:
    From a technical standpoint, these were the best lifts I've had in weeks or months. It's been so long since I felt this proficient and proper snatching that I can't even remember when it was. If I can keep this up, I'll finally start adding some weight to the bar.

    Clean&Jerk:
    About the same, except that I was catching the cleans in a way that made me light headed a couple times. I'm not sure what was happening. Jerks were a little shaky, but I hadn't jerked following a clean in several months. I'm happy enough with these. I probably could've gone heavier, but decided not to push my luck and end on a high note.

    This was about all I had in me today. I hadn't benched with dumbbells in years, and it wasn't easy.

    These went really well. After not pressing in a couple weeks, I was able to match the last time I tried these weights. I was happy with that.

    I was tired and weak today. Warm-ups were hard and working sets were worse. I couldn't even match my sets from the last time I did these weights. But I was pleasantly surprised to get more on the 2nd set than the 1st.

    Cleans:
    My legs were completely dead for this. I'm amazed I was able to hit any of these.

    Bench Press:
    I was very happy to improve on my performance from the last time I tried this weight.

    This was rushed and weren't the prettiest sets, but I got done what I wanted done.
