    It was a long day, and I didn't eat anything before training. I was very run down. Plus I may have done a few too many leg extensions yesterday because my legs were sore and tired. Every rep was a grinder today, and I barely made it through.

    I was having a good session and I thought I'd get my 10 reps, but then I felt a strain down my neck and into my shoulder, and had to stop. The second set was pain free, but less energetic. I'm not sure what the issue was.

    I was absolutely beaten down tonight. My legs, back, shoulders, arms, everything. I'm amazed I was able to make any of these because of how bad I felt coming in. Somehow they ended up being good reps.

    This was a very good session. I missed my 1st try at 155, but I got it overhead solidly and easily, and then lost it when I went to stand. The 2nd attempt was just as easy and smooth and I took an extra second to make sure it was locked in place before standing. I'm pleased with this.

    No hang snatches or snatch pulls today, to save my back for the rest of this heavy week.

    The same shoulder issue I had last week while bench pressing, showed up again today. Things were fine for jerks and snatches, but my shoulders were stiff and sore today. I was able to work through it, but it wasn't fun. My neck also started getting stiff during the workout.
