    I have some minor stomach virus again that is wearing me down. I slept a lot, but have been run down and dehydrated all day. I felt pretty bad going into this. Fortunately I managed a decent session.

    I did true sets of 5 for the warm-ups, and then did singles, with minimal rest, for the working sets. Things started off awkward and rough, but smoothed out by the end.
