Lu x and Liao H get accosted by the USADA at their seminar in NY
I have a client who went to the seminar this weekend, and apparently the USADA randomly shows up and asks them to piss in a cup. After about 40 min of arguing in Mandarin the Chinese basically told them to sit and spin and they would the their piss later.

Because they a surplus of tests and they won't get their budget next year!
They aren't competing.. So every tourist who comes to the country for any reason who might take steroids should be tested? Is their coach going to get tested too, as they are just acting as coaches? Is Jianping Ma clean? Is Mark Rippetoe?
What about that Jon North fella?
