    Thanks man. Just once a week right now. My program is like this:

    M: deadlifts + Upper body pulling accessories
    W: Military Press + Upper body pushing accessories
    F: Squats + Lower body accessories

    Although I just started snatching again so I'm not sure how I'll rearrange things. Unfortunately, I can't bench press.

    I have actually been benching once a week. Hit a PR single today actually.

    Hallo, hit a 265lb/120kg squat clean PR but push jerk was failed. Im very slowly at to my squat clean.
