Seeing as I haven't hit an actual PR since the Arnold, I'll probably just post "comeback" PRs as i've mostly been rehabbing and building my strength back up since rugby. Nothing serious just a meltdown of my T-spine and shit from years of poor activation and getting smashed in rugby.
    Current bests:
    Snatch 130:

    CJ 157/ 345 lb:

Pr'ed my snatch today - 70kgx2. I am cutting down some weight in the last few weeks, so i am happy to still make pr's from time to time. Almost CJ'ed 90kgx2 for a PR, but missed the second jerk. Good day overall.

Is it just me or do you have really, really long arms? Nice lifting though.

I really enjoy watching you lift. You've got some characteristics similar to some really high level Weightlifters.

Long time lurker on the old forum.. when it went down and I was going through withdrawal I figured I'll join this incarnation. Here is a PR double from a few last week; 86kg.
I spent a year in Austin, TX for work last year and started taking Chad Vaughn's once a week class. After signing up for my first competition last October, I have been hooked and fully committed. I train at Telegraph Crossfit in San Francisco and once a week at Catalyst with Aimee. I only wish I found this sport when I was younger!

Hit 170# c&j last night. That's 2lbs more than BW, so I was pumped about that.
