Hope is not lost by any means. Just looks like you’re hesitant to get into the bottom position. I would guess you aren’t comfortable in the bottom of an overhead squat(bottom of snatch). This could cause you to be slow under the bar. The forward torso lean can also be helped by spending more time in the bottom of an overhead squat.

Yeah I guess that's something to work on. I'll go with some overhead squats and also do snatch balance. Thanks Kevin

Hi guys,
Newbie here to oly lifting. I have been working lightly on snatch components rather than the full lift, so any comments would be appreciated. Sorry about the link I do not know how to embed the clip
