    It took a while to get loose. My left hip hurt, but felt better after a brisk warm-up walk. Then loosened up completely during stretching and barbell work.

    Front Squats went well enough. I decided to go light and just get a solid 3x3. I'll start upping the weight from here on out.

    Bench Press went really well. I was very happy. My first time doing AMRAP on the way back done. It really took a lot out of me.

    An absolutely horrible day. I was stiff and had a lot of little pinches and strains that I could not work out. Hips, glutes, shoulders, elbows. I think my extensive overtime work and lack of sleep finally caught up with me.

    Back Squats were extremely hard on the hips and glutes. Had a pinch somewhere and could not work it out. Very tiring too. Way harder than they should have been.

    Snatching was a nightmare. This is definitely the worst snatch session I've had in a* very long time.

    Jerks we're interrupted and I had a hard time getting loose again. My knees, elbows, and lower back were stiffer than before and it was hard to loosen up. I did what I could do. These were true doubles, and they were better than they had any right to be, but I couldn't possibly do any more. I was fried.

    I had to do a lot of moving today to work all the kinks out. After yesterday's workout I really started seizing and tightening up. I felt horrible. My lower back was so tight I could barely move. I got it all worked out throughout the day.

    Front Squats were tiring, but were a lot smoother than the back squats.

    Clean&Press was difficult. My upper back was worn down from yesterday. I am happy with what I got. I didn't think it would go this well.

    My lower back and glutes were tight again. Had a shooting pain down my left glute. Couldn't work it out.

    Back Squats were very hard. They have felt very awkward lately. My legs have just been weak recently.

    Clean&Jerk wasn't too bad considering that my legs were dead. Much better than my nightmare snatch session on Monday.
