    I feel pretty bad today. Got a lot going on lately, been real busy,* and then had to work in the yard and garage all weekend. I'm stiff and sore.* Had to lower my attempts to make it even close.

    Snatches were not good. Legs tired, hamstrings especially. Had trouble getting under the bar and even more trouble standing without bowing forward. Strained my low back on the last snatch.

    *30 minutes break*

    Clean&Jerk was a nightmare. Slow and grinding. I had no pull off the ground and my second pull wasn't any better. I almost passed out on my 3rd jerk. Clean was a brutal grinder.

    Felt pretty good today, so I decided to try max squats today so I have something to base my percentages on for the next program.

    Back Squats were alright. I barely missed 330.

    Front Squats were decent considering I just back squatted. I stopped at 255 because my hamstring starting to get sore. I thought I worked it out.

    Snatches felt solid, but my hamstring was tightening up badly. It got worse and I was afraid to tear it, so I stopped.

    I felt good coming in, but I didn't have time to eat before lifting, or warm-up well. I had to referee the 1st flight and lift in the 2nd flight. I warmed up for both lifts faster than I've ever warmed up. I had about 10 minutes each. I lowered my openers accordingly.

    Snatch felt terrible. I had to rush warmups. I ran to the platform after my ladt warm-up rep. I threw the 1st attempt behind me. Nailed it easily the 2nd time. And then decided to make a 10kg jump to my PR goal. It was close, but not quite.

    Clean&Jerk warm-up was even worse, but the actual reps were decent. I had to skip some warm-up reps, and again took my 1st attempt immediately after. 1st and 2nf attempt were smooth. The clean on my 3rd attempt was good, but I choked myself out. I had to rush the jerk to keep from passing out. I blacked out about halfway through, and obviously missed.
