    It was a long night, little sleep today, and a long day. Warming up took a while.

    Back Squats felt really good. Smooth and strong.

    Snatches not so much. As soon as I started snatching, fatigue hit hard. Pouring sweat, sucking wind. Pulls were decent, but every catch was soft. I just felt weak and exhausted overhead. Those last 2 reps were would cleaving.

    Block Snatches weren't any better. I just couldn't catch at the top.

    Jerks were strong and felt great, until I hit myself in the chin on the first attempt. But then it was a fairly solid PR.

    This was a pretty decent day for training. I'm rested and only mildly sore from yesterday for some reason.

    Front Squats weren't bad at all.

    Clean&Press was a little harder since my legs were tired, but it went better than I thought it would. Last time I could barely break the bar off my chest I was so tired. This time it was pretty good.

    I was absolutely exhausted for this training session. I got up early, did yard work, dug fence post, and repaired part of the fence today. I was out in the heat all day, and I could not stay hydrated. My hands were all chewed up from the work, and my back was sore and tired. I never should have tried to train today.

    Back squats were brutal and almost impossible.

    Clean and jerk or even worse. My hands hurt, my back hurt, and I pulled something in my left glute/hamstring area. I decided to go ahead and stop during warm-ups, to prevent injury.

    Another long hot day working outside. I'm pretty tired.

    Front Squats were hard, but fairly well done.* Better than I expected.

    Deadlifts were terrible. My hands hurt badly and my lower back was worn. This was all I had in me.

    An absolute horrible day for training. I started at 10pm and I haven't eaten all day. I worked on the ground, underneath a truck all day, changing out and cleaning a fuel system. I'm hot and tired. My back, hips, and neck are sore. I really didn't want to train tonight.

    Back Squats were almost impossible. The bar felt 10x heavier than it was. I was very happy that I hit these reps.

    Snatches were just as hard. My lower back was exhausted. Pulls felt horrible. I was very excited to hit 185, and got a little greedy going for 190.

    Clean&Jerks were really solid technically, but I was exhausted and was actually hurting by this point. I couldn't keep going. This was supposed to be my warm-up,* but I called it a light session and called it a night.

    Another long hot day and night time training.

    Front Squats were incredibly hard. I barely ground out these reps. It was ugly.

    Bench Press wasn't great. I strained something in my thumb and it hurt to hold the bar. No idea what I did to hurt myself. I had to completely change up my grip to hold the bar, which really threw me off.

    Tired, stiff, and sore. I essentially got a nap today. I've got a little upper respiratory congestion. Not feeling "sick", just winded and tired. Hopefully I'm not getting sick.

    Back Squats were horrible. I was sucking wind during warm-ups. My legs were dead by the end.

    Snatches were pretty bad. They fell apart pretty quickly.* I did not have a single quality rep. I had nothing left to give these. Pulls were bad enough, standing was a nightmare. I started getting some glute and hip cramps. I'm not sure why, I'm well hydrated.

    Jerks were bad too. I simply had no energy. My dips were half speed of what they normally are.

    Front Squats were exhausting.
