    Got some sleep today, but I still got winded quickly. Felt pre worn out.

    Deadlifting was hard. I could have gotten the 5 I wanted on the last set, but it wasn't worth the risk. Things were breaking down.

    Overhead Squats were real hard. I hadn't done these in a long time, and it was like the very first time all over again. I aimed for 185 and got it.

    For some reason both my patellar tendons started hurting last might at work. They had been fine. I don't know what happened. I had to wrap them today.

    Snatches were good. Patellas felt alright.

    Clean&Jerk did not feel so good. Both patellas hurt on the jerk landings.

    Back Squats were real good. Solid. Crisp. It's the first time I've felt good with a bar on my back in a couple months. I am ecstatic.

    Today was a sprint, rather than a marathon. I had a very strict time crunch, so I just ran through this as fast as possible.

    Snatches were decent. Warmups were stiff and awkward, but I got into a good rythum and knocked them all out in a few minutes. I'm happy with these.

    Back Squats were good, but time was running out, and so was my energy. I didn't have time to rest to try to go heavier, and there was no way I could without rest.

    Jerks were good too. I just ran out of time. I think I would have had 255+ in me.

    I was pretty worn down from yesterday. Overall it went well today.

    Clean&Press were decent. I am happy with them.

    Front Squats were slow and hard but I ground out more than I expected to get today.

    This was rough. I felt beaten down when I was trying to warm-up.

    Clean&Jerk was brutally hard today. My legs were dead, quads were sore, and I had no pull off the ground. 135 felt like a max, and it just got harder.* These were all ugly, but compeition legal. I ran out of energy quickly and almost passed out on the 4th jerk. I took several minutes in between some of these in order to finish.*

    Back Squats weren't any better. I was exhausted. This was all I could manage.

    11:30pm session. It was a long hot day, I'm worn down from yesterday, and really didn't feel like doing this. I did the minimum and stopped.

    A late/early 3am Thursday night/Friday morning session. I've been busy all day. It was a long, hot, sweaty day. I'm pretty tired. It was either this or wake up early, so I decided on this.

    Front Squats were very hard. My upper back was sore and worn from yesterday.

    Bench Press wasn't as easy as usual. I managed to hit my goal, but they were all real grinders.
