    I was sick Sunday and Monday. Real sick. I lost 10lbs. I'm feeling better but not 100%.

    I felt horrible and beaten down today. Everything was heavy and hard. I managed to make it without any misses, but it wasn't exactly a good session.

    I still feel weak and beaten. I cut front squats short and light because I just didn't have it. No max single and no back off sets.

    Today was 95% day. It did not go well. In fact it was a disaster. I only had 3 hours of sleep and felt terrible. But my choices were to lift or not to lift.

    These were very hard. So hard that I missed a warmup, badly. I was able to pull it together afterward, but each rep was a grinder. I would not have made a 3rd rep.

    These were brutal. Even the warmups. The heavier reps all crashed down on me and folded me in half. I was exhausted. Further attempts would have led to injury.

    I feel horrible. Sick and weak. This may be why I had so many issues yesterday. I decided to try to do what I could.

    What a horrible day and a horrible session. I got little sleep today and had to rush this training because of obligations. I tried drilling some technique to work out some issues, and all it did was lead to frustration.

    I cut out my jerk session. I didn't feel the need to wear myself out further.
