I agree the 162 looked "easy", but I have yet to see him CJ anything over 190 lately. Plus, all the screaming for a training lift turns me off somehow.

Same here and I am still a fan of him as a lifter, as a podcast host not so much.

But what about Milko? You can't tell me that scream/laugh doesn't bring a smile to your face.

Honestly, I don't really follow him. I don't really follow any lifters per se. I happen to see some lifting when people post their video's. Milko doesn't seem to go bat-crap crazy after hitting a training lift though. From what I've seen, he might give a shout, but that's about it. Even I've been known to do that on rare occasions, but it's just a quick yell/shout and then ready for more work. Big difference to Jon, IMHO.

Ahh, I warmed up on the same platform as Ian at Ontario Srs.

Right now I'm training out of Vaughan S&C, a crossfit box in Vaughan. But when I'm in Kingston for the school year I train with my coach at the Queen's University Crossfit club.

So what will Jon total at his own meet (the Slam Barz Convention or whatever it's called) next month? I'm guessing 340 @ 97ish bodyweight.
