    Mike's Log

    Well, my old log @ clutch fitness is going offline on May 1st, so I guess it's time to make a new one.

    I train in my basement and don't have access to a coach.


    Current lifts are (all in lbs unfortunately)
    C&J 265
    Clean 280
    Hang clean 270

    I'm a light 105+ ( around 112 currently) and am approx 6'2".

    My short term goals are to finally hit a 100kg snatch, and a 125 C&J.

    Year end goals are a 110kilo snatch, 130 c&j.

    Tomorrow is my last day of LSUS 10's.

    We'll, you're reading the journal of a proud, soon to be owner of an eleiko training bar. I just put in the order this week and am stoked to finally have a decent bar in my basement (I've got an old rogue bar right now that.... Sucks).
