Well, my old log @ clutch fitness is going offline on May 1st, so I guess it's time to make a new one.
I train in my basement and don't have access to a coach.
Current lifts are (all in lbs unfortunately)

I'm a light 105+ ( around 112 currently) and am approx 6'2".
My short term goals are to finally hit a 100kg snatch, and a 125 C&J.
Year end goals are a 110kilo snatch, 130 c&j.
Tomorrow is my last day of LSUS 10's.

Didn't snatch today because of my wrist.
Felt really beat up today, so I'm really pleased with the front squat.

Week 4 day 4 cut a bit short, feeling run down so I could use an easy day.
