    my lats are killing me from all the pressing lately. Shoulders and pectorals feel pretty good (I am currently on Week 12, Day 1 of Smolov, nearing the end of the intense phase).
    pre smolov best bench all time was 131kg, test max pre smolov was 128. After the Baden phase I hit 135. Hoping for 140+ when I test but I really have no clue what to expect.

    using Wendler's formula of weight x reps x 0.0333 + weight it puts me right on the 140 mark when using 120kg x 5 reps though. Excited to test!

    70/3, 100/20 probably a PR lol. I think I can get 137kg/300lb on these. My knee is still messed, but one higher intensity, lower weight set of squats right now doesn't seem to aggravate it so I may keep them up for a bit.
