    Decent day. I always feel a bit off with snatches doing LSUS as there just doesn't seem to be enough weekly sessions to feel really dialled in, but the strength still seems to be moving up.

    Man that's it.
    I got good poisoning on Thursday from eating lunch at the most disgusting pub for a work meeting. I feel mostly better but just have no energy lol. I had to take a few days off training.

    I'm hoping for a better day tomorrow, and some triple PRs next week (my last week of 3's).

    That was it. Still under the weather so I cut the volume shirt ( didn't snatch today). Stoked to hit a C&J pr when feeling sick. 275 is ready to go down soon. I caught the bounce on my cleans today which really helped keep me fresh for the jerk.

    Week 6 starts tomorrow. Oh, and my wife clean deadlifted 125 for an easy 5. She's getting strong quick!
