    3-6 late night sesh mainly bc i was lazy but also bc i got 2 cookies at night from the store and felt really lethargic after eating them. eventually chilled and took like a 5min power nap and felt g2g

    3-8 18.2a. Didnt get to part B and that's probably good though I had only planned to clean up to maybe #230 in 5 attempts. Did an abbreviated warmup at 10pm and felt alright. Sweated like a SoB.

    1. I think having a big clock to look at to keep track of time would make me hustle more.

    2. I may have redone round8. I need to check the video.

    3. Burpees suck. DB squats as suspected weren't really that bad.

    3-9 8 hot wings for brunch and eventually some corn bread from safeway. banana and apple besides protein. wasn't hungry but definitely wasn't very spry. pull was good, legs were meh. elbows slightly teensy tight at extension but didn't seemingly bother lockout besides the 91 that nearly guillotined me

    3-14 went to del taco, got a cali burrito, del beef burrito (tortilla with some not much taco meat in it), and 2 of their baby tacos. and a palm sized cookie from winco besides banana, pear, and whey

    Tried some stir the pot on a stability ball. seemed like a hard plank so called it and went home. I'll try around the world leg lifts next week or something.

    Really glad I did double jerks, and BS and PPx3. I was thinking 5's but it worked out well. Shoulder seems better after 2 days of capsaicin.

    3-17 80minutes. I can do my general wu in 20min if i haul ass but i still didn't slap on bumpers until 35min from having to put on shoes, sleeves, wraps, etc besides bar wu. just lazy tday and didnt even eat anything until around 6. just lollygagging
