    10/9 couldn't get jerk session in last night so doubled up today. ate 3 eggs and like a pound or pound and a half or milanesa. banana and herbal crap before training and a handful of strawberries in the middle.

    coulda used more food but wasn't likely to be a great day anyways. basically making the best of it

    10-31 oops 3 weeks. been busy but also personal crap. sometimes training late hasnt been an option. go to take a nap and pass out for hrs or wake up the next morning lol. put it off one day. i suppose i could have done just strength work but need to cut down the noise by 10pm. ive still been active, touch the bar occasionally for mobility or do shit on the total gym or BW crap

    real quick 40 sn complex and 50 cj complex to get some film done for bar and plates

    finished warmup. running on a plate of pork fried rice and a square of lasagna and a donut. ate a banana during training

    Sn 50 DL+high pull+2 pandas from hang+1 from floor. MuSn 50 53 55. Sn Panda 60 break Psn. Panda 65 break then hit it. 68. 70. Did one full Sn at 70 and moved on.

    all too often, what is supposed to be 20-30minutes becomes a full sleep cycle or too, especially if I'm sleep deprived. When I try for 20minutes, sometimes it's just to get horizontal and close my eyes while listening to music but the risk can be to pass out.

    11-4 skipped 11-3 Tuesday which was just jerks and pushpress because life and not really election. was tired due to work as well.

    grabbed a dbl western and fries around 5 since i hadn't eaten but the last handful of halloween candy upon waking. carls really hits the spot with that many cals. it was a good sesh, i prob could have done more but wanted to stop dropping any weights before 10 while I try to stay quiet for strength work (have to be very mindful on deads and rows).

I've debated whether doing these with heavier ones besides not having the time/energy to add in RDL's yet. Maybe bc I FS before instead of Squatting last. I'll do some Jerk dips on the weekend.

    Had biked about 15mi in total earlier in the day around town. to buddys place to do staffwork, grabbed a footlong phillycheese and a donut. didnt start till nearly 9 so no time or desire to SNCJ bc of noise curfew. was moving slow anyways with bar.

    11-13 a bit late but finished. for some fn reason my right foot wouldnt step forward on jerks. maybe it would have made more noise or the ground underneath platform was lower than where left foot was. jerks turned into left leg kicking back which made sort of a weird split push jerk
