    Didnt sleep much on sun night and virtually none on way to sac. Maybe 2-4hrs in bed?

    Was hungry like a sob. Managed to chill and eat and warmup felt good but it was late.

    Musn 50 good, 60 dip under 60 grind the press out, 70 dl, 70 panda with straps and a few from hang. Called it.

    SplitJ another good night of sleep. Chilled after coaching and went to store.

    Ate and nap that went long.

    Late sesh but not as late as prior night.

    60 pp pj split. SplitJ 80 95 105 112 116 miss not under enuff and fwd then make. 118 jerk drive similar to 116 miss. 118 lost recovery twice then ded.
