    day 2 of pushups. managed to do them in one set. heavy doms before bed. right delt is nearly frozen upon waking up on Tuesday and heavy enough doms its limiting active ROM unless i move my elbows VERY slow

    also got a scale. Got down to 193 a few days ago but have been hovering mid 195 past few days because i went to town on some gatorade zero a few nights ago.

    last week i went from 195.8 to 193. the week before I had probably been around 90kg before the camping trip and came back just under 196 on my buddys scale. Swam a bit besides a fair amount of walking with camping food for 4 days on the 15-18th

    so finished that 22 days of pushups by the end of the third week of August.

    bodyweight actually hit 191 for a spell before it bounced up due to some carbs and sodium. back down to 192 and change

    sleep is solid finally after resetting my sleep after an allnighter to get the weights because i didnt want the warehouse to return to sender

    did usual warmup then snatch and clean and jerk bar work which besides being a bit slow feels almost like it used to.

    had hoped to FS 125 and BS 140 but didnt happen.

    FS 70 pause, 100. rack 120 for 10s. rack and put it back lol

    BS 100 pause. 125. rack 140 for 10s. rack and put it back again lol

    press closer than clean grip front and btn for 5: 40. 50/1 then pp btn-too much. 40 for another 5 (1+1)

    kang squatsx10 50, 70

    pullups 5-4-3-2-1

    10 tuck ups. 10 pike ups, 10 tuck extend pike and lower

    50 SnDL+SnHP+Pandapull from knee+panda from hip+Panda from floor. 50 MuSn+HangKneePSn+HipSn. 53 55

    SnDL with strapsx10 70 80 85 88 90. Eccentric of course.

    Sn grip rowsx10 from a deficit. Gave this up on the last set because had to kind of round my back to get lower. 50 70 80x8+2. Rested put 85 and did nothing with it

    Tried to do some hang MuSn from rails. Nada. need to remember to do these before rows.

    SnPPx10 bar 50 60/5 70/3. tried to get another to do 2 and nada

    BSx10 80 110 125/5-not worth grinding out after 5

    probably will rest 2 days and do a similar workout for CJ. maybe deficit block for those rows but not for Sn.

    Hang tuck hold 5s, 10 tuckups, low L 5s. Right hip flexor no likey. 5sL 10 L lifts (not full ROM bc heels hit floor) 5s L. hip flexors are kinda shot. Did last complex with full ROM leglifts to by tucking knees and extending. meh

    ate a solid brunch of 2 1/4pd cheeseburger patties, 3 eggs, cold brew and a handful of cool ranch doritos. but it seems even on a banana, i gassed out on CJ. also ate an apple.

    FS 85 110 130 137 kinda grindy. Racked 140. Came back and held it for 10s bc I wasn't gonna squat it. Wrists no mas.

    BS 100 137 150. No need to walkout anymore

    Press 50/10 55/5 58-nada. 55, 50 nada. Btn 50/10. done

    Pullups 5-5-5-4-3-2-1

    hollow hold 60s. terrible toward the end. boring af.

    tuckups ain't happening but managed 20 hollow rocks.

    Ehh, didn't really eat all day and finally got 5 taquitos around 730PM. I did have a small handful of Cool Ranch doritos and some Peanut MnMs besides coffee. Totally felt hungry at the end of the session and likely gassed out which is why it slogged and went to shit.

    Warming up the bar felt sluggish which may be due to it was just over 90minutes since the taquitos. Ate a banana during. Ehh, w/e basically.

    HipSnx5 50 60 65 68 2 missed out front. Loaded up 70 to do a high hang panda pull and decided to move on afterwards instead of giving it a go.

    another day i didnt eat until late. 3 del taco carne asada tacos, big mug of milk with a splash of choco syrup, handful of doritos

    energy was dece but it was getting late before i had to stop making noise in garage
