    PCPJ 70 90. CJ 75 95 100 and that felt heavy as shit on clean so 105 def wouldn't have happened. Clean pull ext 105 108 110.

    BSx3: 100 137 150 160 wouldnt happen so hit 155 then 158x2 and 160x1.

    PJx3 off blocks 50 70 85 95 100, x1: 102 104 105

    I think I preferred doing the waves on Sunday to this especially considering how the lockout died on SN.

    while i did end up doing some biking on sat and sun, didnt train at all and felt like taking friday off.

    late session on the 6th as i meant to train during evening but ended up coaching.
