    that workout from the 11th seemed to have caused a relapse in my sinuses. i still feel a bit besides just achy.

    for about 20 minutes i went to the gym and did a short warmup and some barwork.

    2 sets of 10 sn grip pulldowns and supinated pulldowns in front, then 20 reps in each.

    a set of 10 leg presses with #180, then 10 each R/L

    i suppose i will need to slowly increase my workouts but i dont think i will probably train seriously until after thanksgiving or xmas, got some stuff to do and kinda like being chill though im getting fatter.

    kind of a moot point since i'm really not feeling that great. get a headache a bit if i even hang from a bar and do shrugs. need to clear out whatever im still laggin from

    pulldowns #50: 20 btn, 10 in front. then #70, 10+10. #90, 10+10

    3 Sets of Curl and Press R+L same time #15, 20, 25

    25 russian swings with 14, 24, 32 kg KB intersparsed with the other shit

    about 30min total

    11/7 has it really been that long? running on 2 microwave burritos, a 32oz gatorade i drank half before and during sesh, and a kitkat. not enough basically

    11/17 finally a chiptotle extra meat carne asada burrito. few hrs later felt ready to hit gym and got there b4 1030. no ibuprofen to knock out sinuses upon waking up though i still feel a bit of it posting this

    took my sweet ass time getting through the w/u

    BS: 10s pause 70 100 125 141/5s. racked 150 and did nothing with it twice, once just to feel up. lower back said nope.

    MuSn+PSn+hangSn 50. 60 failed MuSn. Psn+Pause knee Sn. 70 failed Psn fwd. then Psn+Sn that was slow and heavy off floor.

    we'll see how my sinuses feel tomorrow. maybe train twice a week with general strength twice a week and some definite cardio in there until 2020. At most, back to 3 day training format

    No hip MuSnx5 #65 85 100/45 110/50 these are slow but I really wasn't feeling up to doing even lifts in sandals are barbell work by the time I got in after some work rounds. Felt good after.
