    50 57 MuSn KneePsn tall. 60 MuSn+65PSn from floor. 70 PSn. 75 missed Psn a bit fwd. not enuff bar height.

    since i've been a lazy shit for 2 weeks and missed training on Xmas eve bc the gym closed at 4 then completely for Xmas, I managed to get in 40minutes. Mainly bc my back nearly spasmed yesterday while standing at work bc it's gotten so tight. Some BW kang squats seemed to crack and pop my knees a lot and helped a lot.

    even kicking into a HS made me feel twice my age.

    started off with 3x10 reverse hypers with #70, then a set of 10 of 45 degree back extensions followed by a set off the GHD.

    usual w/u. some bar work. time was up so i finished with 30 more back extensions that got me huffn n puffn

    maybe i'll make it back in tomorrow or Monday.

    1-11 meant to train in evening, got hungry, ate dinner, meant to take a nap, slept a few hrs, woke up then slept more

    lower back stills feel bleh even with some acetominophen

    warmed up sn with bar and decided to pass on any Sn

    PCPPPJJ 50 PCPJ, PauseKneeCnJ 70 84. PCPauseKneeCnJ 88 91-clark. tried again and again-nada.

    slept like 4hrs on Sun night so didn't bother training on Monday. Got carried away Tu night with some number crunching and got too late besides too tired to go once I was done. Heck, I needed a nap yesterday evening and was still groggy a bit after less than 30min but managed to get there by 8.

    Sn balances were fun but a waste of time. My wrist didn't like the grip width after 3 days of no bar. My lower back doesn't like speed work.

    50 70 80 for 3 misses. 80 Sn grip PJ. Wasn't stable enough to OHS. 5 OHS with 70

    MuSn knee hang PSn high hang Sn 50. the hang Sn seems to bother my lower back. Did a knee hang PSn and high hang Sn with 55 and the same. Loaded up 61 and didn't like how it felt on my lower back so moved on.

    SnDLx10 50, 70, 80/7+3 with straps. 85 with straps. 5 reps isn't so bad but grip starts dying after especially with a controlled eccentric.

    1-17 didn't eat all day so just stalled until i finally decided to run an errand at night and grab some McD's. Managed to make it to gym after 11. warmup went fast but still not enough time to do strength work.

    lower back feels better. gpp feels better during warmup

    trying something kinda different. no SnCJ 2 days of the week and maybe hitting them on the 3rd and seeing what happens.

    Sn bar work

    SnDLx10 with straps-fuck it, no straps is just horrible. these are slow focusing on positions but just end up being slow anyways. 50 70 84 91. loaded up 93 and didn't even bother i was so toasted.

    SnPPx10 50 61 x5: 68 70. 10 didn't happen and I didn't feel like doing another set of 5 with 68.

    tried some pullups. nope. nothing to give

    MuSn from high hangx5 bar 34 43 got 1 with 47 and was done. nothing with 45 or 43 either.

    10 OHS with bar. may add some of these in at some point but DL toasted me.

    was going to do some barbell rows but thought i might add that in the coming weeks

    DB MuSnx10 strict R/L #25 35 40 35. My left shoulder definitely doesn't transition as smooth

    DB rowsx10 R/L #50 70 80 85

    pulldownsx10 sn grip 70/75? 105 120 90/95? tiring but still kinda useless.

    getting home, getting up and down was a bitch. less bad the next day. Upper body not really that sore. Meant to do FS, but right shoulder seemed a bit wonky after those PP i guess.

    2-12 Got a bit too late on Monday and decided to shine it until Tuesday. Went to take a nap Tu at 8pm and woke up past midnight and then 2. Late morning sesh.

    Actually barwork felt spry so decided to do put some weight on the bar for 3 sets.

    50 SnDL, SnHP, MuSn, PauseKneePSn, hipSn. MuSn, PauseKneePsn, hipSn. No hip Sn, slow pull Sn, Sn.

    SnPPx10 50 61 68, 70x5, 3 and 2.

    Sn grip rows off a blue rogue echo plate and aerobic step box. Didnt slip. x10: 50 70 80 85x5, 3, 2.

    SnDLx10 70 91 102 107x5, 3, 2

    Did some squats with a bar. Decided not to BS. Did some CJ work with the bar for the fuck of it.

    Did Musnx10 with bar, 35x5. Then was just fn dead missing 40 and 35. Better to do before rows next time.

    DB MuSn L then R bc left is weak. x10: #30 40 45

    DB rows R then Lx10 50 (bc I failed to MuSn it) 75 and 90. 50 is too light to start with.
