    5-11 long day and late session. thought i had enough fuel going in but i was completely gassed and light headed after the first wave of snatches.

    MuSn PSn PauseDipHighHangSn: #120. PSN+PauseKneeSnL: #155. Sn #175 185. 195 could barely get off floor. Sn ext with 190 195 and 200.

    Loaded up with 155 to high hang and did nothing with it. same as 145. went home.

    5-12 a bit late of a session. grabbed 2 a kitkat and reeses before gym besides banana and apple and its a good thing i did.

    5-14 Didn't quite sleep all that well on Sunday night. Maybe heat or humidity. Popped a Diet Dr Pepper 20oz early in the day for some extra caffeine since I only had 1 serving of tea left. Ate well enough.

    5-16 another night of 5-6hrs of sleep. had a burrito for lunch but snack before training was 2 greek yogurts and a banana and some protein and a flour tortilla. of course, gassed out after jerks. elbows ache, knee aches, lower back aches

    5-19 5-10 minutes of warmup and barbell work before catching the 1055 Deadpool. Missed the trailers as I intended but got there in time. Skipped Friday because body was aching and it felt like shit. Didn't feel much better on Saturday but figured I could touch the bar just a bit before the movie. It's not like I would have been worth a shit Saturday either.

    5-21 Still not feeling great but pumped myself with more VitC and herbal powders (garlic, ginger, onion, maca, mustard, turmeric, coriander, cumin, pepper) and 12oz of hot salsa that really wasn't that hot but probably upset my stomach a bit with the herbs. Also had a carne asada burrito for brunch that really hit the spot.

    Around 5 or so, ate about a handful of leftover london broil and some oikos triple zero greek yogurt besides the salsa. later popped some acetominophen since I didn't need the other stuff in dayquil besides sucking down more cough drops (sugarless kind as always). Popped protein and a banana around 8 or so when stomach had subsided.

    Kinda gassed out during the backoff snatches doing doubles instead of triple complex. Heck, was still kinda tired throughout the session. Needed more food.

    5-22 late night sesh. after a good dinner laid down for a bit as i didnt sleep that much mon night. slapped on capsaicin as a sort of preworkout at the gym, dragged ass warming up. tired

    long day but ate plenty and felt fine going in though it was a bit later 930-10ish when i left

    PP PJx2 (brain fart extra) SplitJ: #130. SplitJ #175 205 225 235. Could barely rack 240. No back off with 175 165 or 155. Just fried. happened again

    No PP either with 145 or 120. Moved on to squats.

    5-25 another late session around 10. had to go work a bit late and a got a double del and fries from DT. fries were free since they forgot about my order. still wasn't enough as i was getting hungry after leaving target. grabbed a banana and kitkat before the gym besides protein.

    still feeling slightly sick or mucousey. gdamn weather
