    2-17 too many days off. a bit under the weather as i spat out some phleghm in the morning and throat feels slightly mucousey like it did Sat and Sun. Totally crashed out both nights and MA+bike ride there and back and around the are wiped me later on.

    right wrist still feels like a pos prob from 4 days off and mouse work. ended up doing a bunch of soft tissue work on it at the gym because there was more discomfort in holding the bar OH and in Sn grip than usual.

    hard to say if it was due to being tired because it was late or sick but kinda dragged ass and opted to not even attempt to put weight on bar for planned workout.

    usual bar warmup.

    10 Lasha MuSn+Sn Balance+10 OHS

    5 Knee MuCn+FS+sotts press+10 OHS

    20 Sn grip pulldowns with #50 then 20 Sn grip presses with bar. (x2)

    30BS with bar. this was horrible. 20 not so bad but tiring.

    10 jefferson curls. can barely get lower than my feet when standing on a bench. 10 back extensions

    wasn't up for training yesterday, sick all week. energy was still low last night

    was draggn a bit but managed to convince myself to go in at around 1030. so a lil over an hr. right wrist wasnt as shitty as it was monday but still achey. at least its back in alignment after a lot of soft tissue work on my wrist and shoulder.

    Kinda went in to the gym kinda hungry but hoped a banana and some whey would tide me over instead of finding something else to snack on. ate about half an apple in training

    Sn complex. 50 SnDL+3 Sn Hp from knee+Sn panda. MuSn, Knee PSn, hip Sn. 54 same thing. 57 SnDL (MuSn wasnt gonna happen), Knee PSn, hip Sn. 59 PauseKnee PSn hip sn. 60 same thing. 60 Sn from floor.

    SnPPx10: 50 60 67 70/5, 3, 2.

    MuSnx5 from hip 35 40 45 48 nada with 50.

    Sn grip rows off deficitx10: 50 70 80 85

    SnDL with strapsx10: 50 70 85 91. So tiring.

    Here's where it gets funny. Took a walking lap on bb court instead of lying down to recuperate. Started cleaning up area, taking off training attire. Laid on a bench for a few minutes. Got up to continue and started coughing and hacking a bit. Abs were kinda sore (definitely felt them on MuSn).

    Went to bathroom to spit, walked out and walked back to puke a few times. Laid down some more, felt better and cleaned up mess but this was about 30m+ after last set of SnDL.

    Went and lied down in gym elsewhere for another 15+min, rolled over to stomach chilled some more and started feeling alive again.

    Fuck tens. I gassed out on the last set but doing DL after rows was not a great idea. The long TUT and keeping my abs tight besides hinging probably didnt help but I think the last set really pushed me over the edge besides the fact that I was basically out of energy.

    CJ 50 MuCnPP PCPJ HipCnJ. 70 PCPJ HipCnJ. 80 PCPJ CJ 85 PC miss. Just dead after. Put 70 on and got a PCPJ CJ in but felt too dead after I touched 80 once I loaded it.

    late night session. meant to go earlier but got caught up with things. gym shutting down until April.

    FS 70 100 120 135 141-decent. felt heavy at 120 and on though, wasnt sure Id get to 140+

    put 50 on the bar and too tired to MuSn it. Did bar work and moved on. bar work for CJ too and Jerks.

    BS 120 141 150. This was alrigh but dont think 160 would have been in the cards at all.

    Took some days off. Lazy, tired, whatever. Feeling alright today and sleep was crap the day before.

    didn't start training as early as i would have liked. training on 4 eggs, a cup and a half of milk and ate half my banana during and the rest after. relatively low

    50 5 hip clean+5 jerks. C+Jx5 61, 70. oof. out of time. would have liked to take this to 75-80 but ehh, I'll do strength work tomorrow.
