    maybe i didnt eat enuff. forgot to make cold brew, drank diet dr pepper instead to what seemed enuff caffeine. 1 large square of lasagna, some peanut mnm's, banana during warmup

    Attempted MuSn 50, tried from a knee hang, nope. DL+HighPull+Panda with straps and found my chalk block. Finally hit it. 60 DL+HighPull+panda. 60 PSn. 70 Panda. 70 Sn but janky with no recovery. Jump maybe too big. dunno. Was gonna try it again but was toast when touching the bar.

    moved on to CJ warmup. MuCnPP 50. PCJ 70. Loaded 80 and didnt bother.

    FS 70/3 100/3. Racked 120 and held it for 10s.

    wrapped up. definitely feeling hungry on Sn.

    was gonna do pullups, dips, DbMuSN and rows but skipped.

    damn 9 days? sleep got a bit off but i also got a bit lazy as well. have to deal with a noise curfew at 10

    pain in the ass got fed up with skipping workouts so loaded up 90kg of plates, bar and some plywood and found a spot down the street at a parking lot in the back of a business park. pretty sure ground was uneven to left and at a decline but oh well

    ate a cookie, a 20oz coke zero, a 12oz coke zero, a banana and green drink with herbs before (1/2tsp cinnamon, garlic, ginger. 1tsp maca and turmeric). green drink has 11g of carbs and 40cals but never got hungry. also has a carne asada burrito no rice or beans about 7pm (worked out late)

    HipSnx5 50 60 65x3 68x2 70 miss, rest miss, hit. 1st was screwy with left side. 2nd fwd not enuff bar height, maybe rest too short

    SnDLx10 50 70 90. 50 was a bit light but decided i didnt feel like going home and doing DL and rows in garage. Was loud on DL and rows so it was a good call.

    Nice improvisation. I remember a guy from the previous forum who brought his weights to a concrete slab/foundation on a vacant lot and lifted there.

    yeah, i totally remember him but also Mattycakes do it.

    my neighbors are cool and while they may not care other ppl in the complex likely would. especially dumping on plywood for now.

    even if i dumped on crashpads (i intend to get), i get verbal before and after some lifts or during tough sets.

    3 eggs and 2 1/4# patties with cheese. didnt get around to getting coffee but finally grabbed a coke zero around 730pm bc coffee might keep me up all damn night

    ate a banana and some doritos crumbs

    I bought some silencer pads from Titan fitness and built a platform around them...six inches thick. Made a huge difference in my garage gym. Wife and neighbors never complain when I drop heavy deads or when my son comes over to train and repeatedly drops from overhead. yeah... forgot the name of the guy from the Pendlay forum buy he posted a few vids from time to time that were pretty entertaining.

    My buddy got the ones from RepFitness and the price seems pretty good. He also recently put the pads in between layers of his platform where the bumpers rest but not where he sets up for the pull, jerk to squat on.

    I'm just kind of in a holding pattern for now from buying any more stuff. I could but if I buy this, I'll want to buy that and ahhhhhhhhh.

    didnt all day but managed to drink some coffee, and dr pepper. pop some whey, a 3/4 cup of choco milk, couple handfuls of mnm's, a banana. had a good headache which i wasnt sure was the lack of cals or smoke but managed. headache seems to be gone. ate a handful of grapes during

    started getting hungry after cleans and definitely further on. threw up after the rows and definitely felt the nausea on rows. and also threw up some more after what few BS i did and cleaning up. I think it was just the stress of the workout and lack of cals

    10/7 didn't sleep going into yesterday so skipped. slept alright last night. hips and back stiff.

    probably didnt eat enough but made due as it was getting late and didn't feel like dragging all the shit to the parking lot. plate of pork fried rice and some sweet n sour pork. later some greek yogurt and a banana.
