    skipped yesterday, was getting late. I think it started to rain but not sure if it would been hitting garage underhang. meh

    11-18 made the mistake of not eating all day so grabbed a dbl western from carls besides running on a handful of peanut mnm's. didnt start warming up until after 9

    Opted for PSn which means I'll do PCJ on Friday morning if I have enough time as I have to help a buddy move over the weekend. Maybe can get a session in on Sunday. Will see.

    SnDL kneeHP, SnHP, SnPanda 50. Psn 50. Panda with 60 rest Psn. Panda with 70 rest, hit kinda out front. 10pm.

    was thinking about doing pullups but once i got hungry, didnt care

    no time to train Friday and didnt get back home on Sunday night early enough to get a session in. lazy monday so meh

    ate a huge breakfast burrito around 5, then ate 2 big cup RP and a banana

    been a few days. back felt very stiff leaving for work tday. stiff warming up. felt good after some Sn bar work and PP, then started feeling the same immediately after i started cleaning up weights after squatting lol

    attempted to hold a free support but right elbow didn't like. did a 30s support while lifting one leg at a time while assisting. methinks ring support/dip isn't gonna happen after SnPP
