    5-4 didn't eat until nighttime on Monday and opted to skip training very late

    5-5 huge breakfast burrito. took a nap midday, ate some roast beef and milk, bag or small doritos before training, banana during

    HipSn/5 50 66 75 80/3 Pandas, then 2 more. Too much to Sn. Next week.

    Sn grip rows off deficit/10 75 86 93 95x5. Really pushed on rows as i was started to gas. My body really wanted to call it as i was coughing and hacking toward the end.

    5-6 late workout. breakfast was 3 eggs and a big mug of milk. grabbed some skyr yogurt and a small hersheys bar before training to go with a banana

    PJx5 50 70 85 95-heavy, did nothing first try. tried again, did some jerk dips and a drive. racked a 3rd time and decided to go down to 91 (i had thought about 93 instead of 95 initially). nada.

    PPx10 70 75/9+1 70 felt light enough with racking but was trying toward the last 5 reps.

    5-7 Ate a homemade 4x4, cup of milk. Some chips and a banana before training. Apple during. Milk+protein afterwards.

    late night. took Fri off bc late dinner and just decided to rest another day. knee appreciated. shoulders would have been shit anyways.

    After bar work, put on 70 and straps to Sn it. So kind of a PR lol.

    MuSn 50 57 61(couldnt turn it over). PSn 61 70. SnHP+knee panda+hip panda 75. Sn. SnHP+knee panda+hip panda 78. Sn but felt odd in the hole (turns out that platform is a bit uneven to the left). 80 intentional Panda. 80 unintentional Panda. Was gonna take it again but just felt spent.

    MuCnPP 50 (shoulders felt really tight with bar work for cleans in rack position). PCPJ 70. 80 (felt terrible on right shoulder and wrist). Cn Panda 85 95 100.

    SnPPx10 50 66 75-nope, 70.

    first actual workout in awhile though I did a mini workout on Sunday with the bar only (presses, squats, rdls, muscle Sn, muscle Cn, thrusters, kang squats)

    2 assisted front support holds (on chairs) for 30s. another front support with bent knees to clear floor.

    3 sets of assisted leg chair dipsx10

    3x5 pullups

    10 reps with rest in between of tuck leg lifts, pike leg lifts, 45 degrees above horizontal pike leg lifts

    30 BS, 20 FS (irritated knee)

    decided to start the 22 pushup challenge my buddy is doing for suicide awareness. he's on day3 so decided to catch up and do 66 pushups (over 10min) first 22 were tough but prob had a few more left in me. rested, then a set of 15 and 7. more rest, 5-5-4-4-4. ugh
