    11-18 Ugh long kinda crappy day.

    Decided to warmup with Snatch Balances. Drop Snatch: #95-120-135-145-150-155. Heaving Sn Balance: #175 missed twice, make on third. Loaded #185 and racked it.

    Sn complex #95, Meant to Power #120 with a Snatch and full Sn. #120-145-165-175 DL+HighPull+Panda-175 clark

    Bar work with C&J

    Sn DL #155 w/o straps then with #185-205-215-225-230.

    FS: #155x3-225-255-275-285-295 rack. Jerk dipsx5: #295-305-315. x3: #325-330. Forgot trips from #230 or 255

    Closestance BSx10: #135, 155

    Sn RDLx10 (with straps) off block: #155-185-205-215-220x7 (grip gave out even with straps)

    Ate pretty well but wasn't worth a shit. I wanted to do the PSN but maybe that tired me on CJ. Next time no triple double single BS.

    11-27. Took ThFriSatSun off. Th was intended but Fri and Sat didn't happen as I didn't have much drive. I think I noticed an uptick of mucous level in my throat both days and I just had no desire to train so I think I was fighting off whatever my dad has been dealing with all week. Thought about doing something light yesterday but that wasn't there when it got late.

    Drop Sn: #95-120-140-155-165, notha at 170. Heaving Sn Balance: #170-180-190-195-200-205. Moved on.

    Sn complex #95. MuSn+PSn+TallSn: #115-130-140. PSN+HSN: #155. Sn: #165-175-185 and called it.

    TallSn+PausedKneeSn+Sn: #155-165-175.

    11-29 Decided to watch Vikings with my dad and eat a square of lasagna and peanuts. Bad idea. Session started around midnight and just felt bloated and out of wind to start and thru.

    Split Jerk: #95-135-165-185-200-210-215-220. x3: tried #175 and went back to 165-185-200-210x2-215x2-220 rack lol

    PPx5 (because fuck tens anymore): #135-165-180-180x4+miss pushed too far fw jerk drive+make. Nothing at #165 or 155 lol

    Snatch Was enthusiastic about snatches and lifting but meh. Probably hadn't ate enuff though I wasn't hungry.

    Sn complex, Sn #130-155-165 (meant to load 170 but forget 2.5s I think)-175-185 Panda twice, too heavy. Warmups felt too heavy. Went back down to #155-165-175-180-185.

    Sn complex of tall sn, pausekneeSn, Sn: #155-165-dead at 175.

    Got a shorter session in. Ended up napping at night sorta after dinner.

    CSplitJ: #130-165-185-200-210-215-220. These all felt heavy. x2: #165-185-200-210 clean+jerk drive. no legs.

    Sn Panda pulls: #110-135-155-175-185x3-190x3-195x2-200.

    SnPPx5: #110-145-165-175-180. Nothing with #185

    FSx3: 185-230-255-265. That's it. No legs. No mas.

    Skipped Monday because I didn't sleep enough Sunday and was lazy the rest.

    DropSn: #95-135-155-165. Sn Balance: #185-200-210 miss, 210 rack, 205 couldn't stand up, no legs.

    Sn complex #95. #125 (ugh too heavy again)-145-165-175-180-185 high pull-185 DL.

    #155 felt too heavy for tall Sn. PauseKneeSn+SlowPullSn+Sn. felt too heavy so didn't bump up or do 2 more sets.

    Sn grip BTN PJx3: #110-145-170-185. no mas at 195.

    MuSnx5: #95. x3:#115-125-130.
