    12-28 got behind on time and didn't eat so skipped session Thursday. didn't even really get dinner besides a package of cheap cotto salami and some sour cream and cheddar lays in the middle of the morning

    Got into midtown off the redeye, went and had a jumbo burrito.

    70 PC PauseDipHighHang PauseKnee. 90PC. Cn 100 107 missed 110 a bit freaky because elbows were close and inside to knees. ballsy jump

    12-31 Opted not to max out since gym will be open tomorrow and i have no nye plans. evening workout bc i was lazy. tried old shoes but switched after a 75 psn.

    MuSn 50 felt better than last time, shoulder feels good. PSn 65 75 80Panda. Sn 80 85felt the jump, intentional Panda with 88, unintentional panda with 88. strapped with 90 and high pulled it slower off the floor and hip than 88

    HighHangSn+PauseKneeSn: 70 73 75 77 (miss 1st highhang, then make+make). pulled 78 to the hip and did nothing with it. PauseKnee 79x2 PauseKnee+Sn 80 (missed 80 1st time off floor then made it). 80x3 Sn

    Sn Panda 70 80 85. Sn pandax3: 88 90 92 94 95. loaded up 96 and pulled it off the floor a few inches. went and got a burrito from corner b4 they closed at 9

    got cold but did a few bar shrugs in hang. pullups 10 8 6 5 4

    1-3 was a bit tired and under the weather on NYD after walking home from the train at 2 after NYE in the cold with 3 bags. Skipped Wed on account of laziness. Fed well enuff but shoulders were tight and the session was late just to get it over with. Oh well.

    1-5 prob shoulda ate more since i died on CJ after sn went well. had a kitkat and banana b4 session with protein. heaping plate of steak and eggs (1.08# of steak and 1.5eggs) and a big handful of tortilla chips after. good sleep, well decent enough, salvaged strength work

    MuSn #119 alright. PSn: #154+ 169+. Thought about 80 and took #179+ instead. Then 184+ 189+. Intentional pandapull with #194+ then another intentionally.

    PCJ #154+ #199+ then rough Cn with #220 and no gas for jerk after shifting hands bc rack was rough. Tried again and nada. Rack Jerk #154+ #185 #205 215 220 and couldnt rack 220.

    1-7 ate a triple western bacon cheeseburger but got carried away in evening and didnt leave for gym until midnight. grabbed a kitkat otw besides a banana and usual protein. hungry b4 and toward end
