    pushed for time, decided i would do DL first and maybe pullups, rows and dips at home.

    CnDLx10 70 100 120 130.

    was crushed after this. recovered

    managed to hit 50 PPx10 but moved on. hit 70 for 10 clean grip rows off deficit and called it

    3-28 started getting hungry midway thru snatches. brunch was 4 eggs and some tritip, banana before training.

    MuSn 50. Psn 60 67. 70 DL, slow and a hang high pull. Rest. Panda. Miss, felt like the bar was coming out of hands. happened again. Strapped it and did it janky but fwd.

    75 DL+hang high pull. short rest. Panda. hit it. smoked 77.

    bar still doesn't seem to rotate quickly on cleans. slow

    loaded up 70 then decided to load 50. 50 PC+PP. reload 70 and PC+J. 80 PCJ. 88 DL+hang high pull. panda. 88 PCJ. 92 DL+High hang pull. panda. Hit it and called it.

    skipped squats.

    got home figuring id do pullups but was hungry and flat. tried warming up my wrists to do some HS and had to do some wrist mobility because left did not like flexion in HS.

    just moved on bc i was hungry anyways

    Musn 50. Psn 60 sn pull+panda, rest then PSn 70. Sn pull+panda, rest then hit 75 78 80 repeat for each one

    running out of time. squeezed CJ

    PCJ 70 85 CJ 93 98 100-soft lockout. Did a pull for last 3 lifts and a short rest before doing the actual lif

    was gonna go in on sunday to FS SnPP RDL and db rows but oh well. lazy

    4-6 rushed. didnt sleep well waking up twice first taking a dram of margarita mix and whiskey the 2nd time to try and knock out some sleep. woke up groggy, ate a small meal

    felt alright on bar work. meh once i put 50 on.

    hipSnx5 50 64 73/3. Rested trying for a double and gassed after I couldnt move under first attempt. short on time so moved on

    sndlx10 80 100. moved on because of time and 100/10 felt pretty tiring

    ran out of time to train on Tu because of work so tried to combine Tu&Wed. ran out of time and was running on a small plate of food. meh
