    BS #340, #355, #367!. Rack #372 and dump.

    PSn (can't find straps) to #157
    PC+SplitJerk to #192 from #182, 167. Ran out of time but would have pushed for #197, 202, 205, 207

    No time for strength work. Will try to fit it in after coaching boys tomorrow at meet.

    Monday May 18th #188 since I ate lots of cookie dough last night. Worked out on a serving of protein and a caffeine pill (that seems stronger than RedBull though only being 20mg more caffeine).

    FS to #300. Woo! Took #297 before that and then bumped to #302 racked it and reracked it LOL. Took #2 off and hit the 300. #290, #277, #252 before.

    SnHighPull+Sn to #167. #172 was just a bunch of DL.

    Took #30 off bar to do some backoff but grip was dead. Straps are still missing so wrapped it up.

    Muscle Snatch triples from knee to #142/64. Fail at #147 [Did I do really do triples or singles?]

    PJ BTN to #217/99. Front of left shoulder was a bit sore so went BTN.

    Neck is hella tight. Did warmup and some super light pulldowns and seated cabled rows. Was gonna do some rowing and opted to go home and eat.

    Got a massage earlier. Came in and BS #380/173 which is a lot more than last time. Racked #392, #402, #410, #415, #417 for a set of 3 with 3 second iso.

    4x4 Barbell jumps.

    Slow Pull Klokov Snatch to #175/80. No dice with #180 and 177. Straps

    Slow Pull Klokov Clean with Split Jerk to #205/93. No dice with #210

    Barbell jumps 4x4 Forgot to do BW accessories at home.

    Monday May 25th Fatty weighing in at #191. Eating like a jerk past few days besides beers.

    BS to #342, rack #360 and rerack. Barely racked #352 and reracked and moved on.

    No HipSnatch triples with straps. Small bumps to #152 with miss on 2nd from 152-150-147-142-135-127-117-102-92-82-75

    3x2 PowerSnatch with #135/62. Wanted to do more but was really pushed for time. 20-30s in between sets.

    SplitJerks off rack. Training make@101, another valiant attempt with it and a make at 100 with a crappy recovery.

    Backoff with 4x2@90 2x2@85

    Jerk Drives to #237 for 3

    Barbell jumps 4x4

    SnPP hitting #185, missing #190. Running out of time, hit 3x3 with #175. Can't wait to push this back to 95.

    BS to #337, though I bumped it to #362 and it was #342. Bumped to #365 and hit it. Barely racked the bar with #372 and moved on.

    CleanHighPull/Pull+Clean to #215. Missing #220. Just wasn't in the cards but big progress from last time I did this complex though I Klokov Clean to 93 with a Jerk last Saturday.

    Tried 2 sets of doubles with 85 PC. 1st set missed pulliing high, 2nd rep got elbows through but wasn't a rep I'd count since I dumped it after a moment. 2nd set was high pulls.

    Dropped to 80 for 3x2. 2x2 with 75, triple with 70.
