    FS #300/137. Was gonna go for more then decided to maybe just rack a few and opted to move on after that #300.

    MuSn #137/62+ Not bad considering Squat Jerk yesterday. Left shoulder was achey so decided to warmup with these.

    SnHighPull/Pull+Snatch Made #157/71+ Big jump to #170/77+ and missed the snatch out front. Couple more misses that were DL. Upper back just seem fatigued (cause of MuSn?)

    SnHp #167/76x3, #170/77+x2, #172/78+x1

    Missed PSn twice@#157/71+. Sketchy make@#145/66+ and a miss. 3x2@#142/64

    Thinking maybe tomorrow will be last day I warm up with a Heavy Single BS and next two months may just warm up to a single at roughly 80% and then Heavy single after lifts.

    BS to 145 roughly 80% which I actuallly planned.

    CJ 100 and ran out of time, which didn't matter since I definitely tweaked something in my lower back/hip. It was still tweaked hours after the usual soreness that goes away within 20 minutes. Finally haven't since before my wrist injury in Jan 2014. Still have some left given bar speed and height and ease of jerk (not easy but not rough and didn't feel like death warmed over after cleaning it).

    Didn't do BW accessories or a hell of a lot period except laying down and mobility.

    Presumably will be taking it light until

    Had a massage. Hip and lower back feel a lot better. Few hours later hit the gym.

    Warmed up. Couldn't press the men's bar in warmup. Bar drills were slow and weak. Left shoulder aches. Called it. May take a few days off.

    Day off. Doing mobility, shoulder still hurts as does lower back/hip. Didn't have to coach so no idea what I would go in to the gym for that I can't do at home.

    Did like 3 sessions of shoulder and hip mobility. Have some progress as hip is nearly pain free.

    While shoulders and hips were feeling loose woke up tight as hell. Felt better later after shower.

    Short session. Fast again with a bar but not really with just hang snatches so shoulder is still weak. Not an issue with cleaning it.

    Pressing Sn Balance to #87x3 then #90 and 92 heaving snatch balances

    SnHPx3 to #117, #127x2, #132x1

    Some KB swings and snatches and back extensions.

    30-40 minutes at High School spa. Not quite hot though so not sure if worth it.

    DB pressesx15 #25, 30, 25

    Hip feels pretty good, actually left inner leg feel more sore than anything else.

    Super short session

    Muscle Cleansx3 ending with a double at #102. Hip feels tweaked even at such light weights. Ran out of a time and called it because of hip.

    Will try going from blocks from below hip. Possibly the jerks from yesterday as snatch high pulls from the floor were heavier on Wednesday with no issue.

    Just under 85. Did have a donut and muffin last night.

    PJ felt good so took it up to #202/92. #205 didn't go up.

    Did a set of pulldowns with 85x15. Then PP with 35'sx15. 2 sets of back extensionsx15

    At home:
    8 8 7 5 neutral grip pullups. 3 sets of 10 HLL, grip dying and broken up in last 2 sets after 8th and 7th rep. Need to tape up bars.

    Warmed up to a 145/#320 BS. Started to really feel gassed but played around with light high block snatches. One of the guys came in so that was probably a reason I didn't get to take up very high which is ok since I haven't done any snatches for over a week.

    MuSnatch from the high blocks to #110, missing #112. These were very awkward, harder than from hang and felt all upper body.

    Block snatches lower than pocket to #137 SnHP+Sn. I figured I would try high hip for a week since jerks haven't been irritating my hip but muscle cleans from the floor did last Friday (though light SnHP and light MuSn didn't on Wednesday). Pulls in these felt upper body instead of legs but snatches felt fast with the legs. Just odd.

    Rack Jerks
    Hit 101 which has been my best lately, 105/#230. Racked #235, then hit 108/#237. 3 misses at 110

    Calculated 85% of 110 (greedy) and did 3x2@#207/94. 2x2@@#195/89. Racked 80 for PP and notha. Ran out of time and called it. Didn't work on any jerk drives, drop jerks, or jumps. Did a set of back extensions.

    Hip had no problems at all so used pretty big jumps today with Split as I had it in my head to go for 105 then 110.


    Should get 110 soon and push towards 115 by end of month/July.
