    2-1 felt pretty good today. had 6 strips of carne asada steaks and some granola and the leftover half of the candy bar, protein and a banana. didnt even touch my apple during.

    #120 PP PJ Jerk. Jerk: # 165 195 215 225 235 240. x2: #185 205 215 220-1, miss reload and make. Loaded 225, dipped and dropped lol.

    2-3. Slept in but still felt tired even after a nap in the afternoon. Meant to train earlier to try to catch last part of Superbowl but was chilln out in bed instead. Got up, took forever to leave and bought some cold brew and a kitkat to go with my banana at the gym and protein before I left home. Popped 1gram (2 tablets) of acetominophen besides the 2 mugfuls of diet dr pepper i had earlier.

    was yawning and not too spry during the wu, definitely not recovered yet from those bs and pp on fri. everything felt heavy on shoulders but pull felt alive though knees were a bit achey earlier.

    even the bar felt thick and heavy warming up. not a great sign

    MuSn: #130. PSN: #154 169, highpull with 176+. Sn: #185 195 200 but didnt recover fully because it was rough.

    Rested a bit but prob not 10min. PCJ: #165 200. CJ #220 231 235.5 239+

    Tried to load up #249 on FS and it felt like a ton. #239 275 (264 felt too easy on racking) 295 310 319. Didn't bother putting on 147 and just wasn't worth it.

    went home and ate half a digourno besides carrots and celery with guac.

    If I don't feel dead on Tu, I will see about signing up for FitExpo meet.

    bw 186.8 according to gyms fancy electronic scale. I'll check at midtown Mon morning. Had about 64oz of fluid besides 1.5# of steak earlier. Been eating like a jerk all week hahahah

    2-5 longass day, didnt eat much either until evening snacking here and there. late night sesh

    split my damn right ring finger adjusting metal blocks. bled pretty good but seemed to stop fast and wasnt an issue lifting

    drank a bit of diet cola and popped 2 aspiring to get rid of headache

    MuSn: 60. grind to press out. PSN: 70 77. Didnt bother attempting 80. Sn 82 87 90. 2 unintentional pulls with 92. did a panda with 93

    PCJ 75 92-abit too much. 102-rough. 105

    2-7 late and 38 fn degrees. just didn't have enuff calories in me until late at night to have the energy to lift.

    MuSn: 60 (better than Tu). PSn 70 77 80 (left shoulder apparently isnt so great even at powers at this weight). PCSqJ 75 90 95 97(PJ). Pretty sure that's a PR Sq Jerk but can't remember if I missed 100 once backwards.

    2-8 and 9. didn't feel like training. tired. allergies i think. not sick. meant to train sat afternoon and ran out of time. no desire at night and was tired.

    Sun 10th coached at a competition for 2 sessions and watched a 3rd. so nope.

    2-11. squeezed in a squat session at CFMarin. usual warmup then 70-110-140-160-170-175. bars werent spinning that well with 20min left so got ready to go
    2-12 training didnt happen. didnt have enuff calories after coaching and just didnt happen.

    this is gonna be a hellified deload.

    2-19 Felt alright but died.

    MuSN 60 PSN 70 barely. heavy. Didn't bother trying to take a 75PSN. Sn 77 82. Nada with 87. Just too blah. Can't remember what happened and why it wasnt good.

    Had 8 street tacos for lunch and 8 more to go. Ate 5 more after coaching and then 3 after training. In retrospect, this probably wasnt enuff food seeing as how small they are and what google says their macros are.
