    Meant to go in on Sunday and hit SnCJ but didn't feel like it. Chilled and ate a box of cookies from bakery on Sat night and Sunday.

    Definitely noticing even when ive been sleeping well and eating a lot, still tired a bit with caffeine or hungry. Overreaching I think.

    #1 or more of steak and 2 eggs with a mug of choco milk. Hecka tired in evening so layed down but didnt nap. Popped 2 greek yogurts. Got my 2nd wind and grabbed cold brew to go with banana and Reese PB cups.

    MuSn 50 61 64-alright. PSn 72-ugh. 77-oof. Sn 82 85 87 89-2x1 panda pulls b4 then hit it. 90-2x1 panda pulls b4 then didn't get under. left arm not turning over as well as right but bar height wasnt there.

    CJ wu was slow under bar. PCJ 75 91 95-clarked lol. CJ 97 102 104. 195 wouldnt even come off floor.

    6/21 Didn't eat all day until I hit up Carls around 930. This meant I didn't leave for the gym until 11 and got there about 1120. Quick warmup and about 10minutes on the bar once I decided to slap 50 on after bar snatches. Pull felt weak but wasn't an energy thing.

    6-26 another late sesh. late meal during evening, 1.4lb of diced steak with 2 eggs. later crushed 4 crunch bars that I had bought on sale and 2 pieces of bread besides whey and a banana. still got hungry towards end of long ass session.

    tight in hole getting setup. MuSn 50 61-meh, 66-couldn't turn over. PSN 72-DL. 70-DL, so did high pull+panda from hang. High Pull+Panda from floor-speed not quite right.

    American PSN 70-but lost lockout. again, better ht but still same. finally hit it on 3rd attempt. Wrists seem smashed because i could tell they didnt like locking i out

    7/4 a good night of rests though didnt eat anything post last nights session.

    3 eggs, 2 packs of ramen, mug of choco milk. cooked up a lb of ground beef but didnt hardly any

    banana and whey

    felt pretty good, knees still ached, hamstrings still a bit tight.

    MuSn 50-flew up. 61-DL, did a hang MuSn. 66-DL then hang high pull. meh.

    PSn 70 73 75. weak.

    Sn 80 84 86 88x3 misses, just couldn't get enuff ht to get under it. no time for pulls or backoff probably bc i spent more time on Sn than usual. knees prob could use the respite

    knees still achey, hams and back nearly all good. since i didnt do any backoff sn yesterday, i'll skip backoff jerks and i think my knees will appreciate it

    7/9 Ate about a 1.5lb of steak trimmings earlier with salsa. some other misc stuff. got some cold brew in the evening. popped protein and a banana for training and was empty by the end.
