    8/11 took some days off due to laziness and tight forearms making hands all crackly. if it gets too late, just too wiped to go train.

    about a pound of beef, 3 large jumbo eggs, doritos, and a crunch bar and whey besides a banana during training

    MuSn 50 61-kinda grindy press out. PSn 70 75 77-DL+Highpull+Panda from knee. Hit.

    PCPJ 70 84 91 93. Wrists tight in rack position and bar felt so heavy overhead. Hell, it felt thick warming up just in hands.

    FS 100 130 145 150

    Was gonna fuck around with the trapbar, but ended up doing PL style parallel BS in wl shoes. 1-3 reps: #134, 224, 314, loaded up 384 but decided was good. Feel just as heavy racking it but like a box squat, not a lot of work to actually squat. Slow descent to only hit necessary depth.

    Played around with MuSn with bar working grip in. Maybe I'll try going in a bit.

    Kang Squatsx10: 50 70 80

    DB curl&press R/L same time: #20/15 x10: 30 40 Sn grip pulldowns #50/20. More DB presses x10 #25 supinated grip pulldown #50/15 10 more DB presses with #25.

    Did 10 back extensions, then 5 GHR with momentum from momentum. Rested, 1 strict GHR to parallel, then 1 full ROM to bent over, strict without momentum.

    meh. ate a decent breakfast. 3 eggs but 5 yolks. about 4/5# of beef or so, later a handful of chips and whey then a banana at the gym. started getting headache, popped some acetominophen but was dehydrated at the gym and running out of gas. should left for gym between 4-5 instead of 8.

    Played around with close grip sn. felt very odd, especially OH. MuSn close medium and short of regular grip 50. short of regular grip 61. 66 fail to turnover. Sn high pull+hang panda+psn from floor.

    back to regular grip 73 75 77-nope. Sn 80 84 86-panda pull. 88 89 panda pull

    strip to 70 did nothing with it, time to go home nothing left.

    8-15 Meant to do jerks on the 14th but ended up feeling like I was gonna hurl because apparently I had not eaten in long enough. Lovely. I had some chips earlier before preparing to leave and it just hit me. Sizeable headache in the evening because i didnt pop any caffeine or food for the first 6hrs I was awake. popped a candy bar and banana which sort of helped and eventually 2 packs of ramen, 3 jumbo eggs and a bunch of veggies. what a wash of a night as I was feeling good beforehand having had a quad qtr pdr. dehydration possibly as well, possibly low sodium until ramen.

    Anyways ate 1.8# of beef with 3 jumbo eggs for brunch which was 2 moderate plates of food since i wasn't sure it was gonna fit on one plate. had some chips. eventually got to the gym and had a decent session though I did get hungry and a headache during but had my banana.

    PCPJ 70 86 95 nada with 98. CPJ 98 100 which had some soft elbows and had to readjust rack in my hands on the catch on the way up but wasn't dirty. 98 had almost no bar drop as I really had to get under it.

    PPx5 70 82 88 which felt much lighter than it has in a long time though tuff by the end. then 91/3+2. Didn't feel so heavy when racking it so that was good.

    BSx5 120 150 165. Rough and stupid jumps. Put 170 and barely got it out of the rack and that was it.

    8/17 short session. felt good. popped a lil coffee beforehand. are a double western cheeseburger earlier with fries. crunch bar later. apple during besides whey before leaving

    Sn balance 50 75 88 98 105 109x 111x 111. Shoulder lockout not as sharp as i when i hit 111 whenever ago. prob bc of jumps and got a knot in the right side of my neck from sleeping on the futon last night instead of bed. leg drive good and there. left arm otw done with 109. powered 111 but lost it going down past 1/4sq.

    hands still cracking a lot. should snpp, fs, and rdl tomorrow then take a day off and move into 3s

    8/18 late night and kinda meh. Though I felt good, I definitely had no desire to do any actual lifts or even bar work. Shoulders crapped out.

    SnPPx5 50 70 82 88 91/miss on 1st rep over my head and racked again after a rest and nada

    FSx3 100-ooof (I did play with the bar and 70 in the rack). 125 140 145-grindy

    10min to go...

    Sn grip rows off deficit: 70/10 82/10 91/5

    Sn grip RDL off deficit: 84/10 100/100
