    Clean pull 105 108 x3: 110 112 113 Hang Clean high pulls from knee: 100/5 104/4 107/3 High Hang clean pulls from hip: 100/5 104/4 107/3

    PPx3: 50 70 82 88 91 93/2+2

    Split Jerk recovery 10s hold: 104 125 141 150 for 3s and lost, then hit it

    BSx3: 120 150 170-left quad got a bit tight after this, no on 180

    BS rack holds 45s: 190 200 205. really felt these in my lower back.

    9/3 felt pretty good training in the late afternoon. ran out of gas on CJ. was definitely hungry. played with sn grip with bar for snpp but called it after feeling 50.

    MuSn 50 61 66 PSn 72 77 80 82 84-miss in front. Sn intentional panda 88. hit. 91 hit. 93 DL, then a pull. panda pull but not fast enough. 1 more panda pull. ded

    PCJ 80 93 97. CJ 104 107-missed jerk behind bc lockout bounced off. just ded. toyed with 109 thinking id go for a clean. DL then a pull then a faster pull. pffft

    Meant to go in last night and do SnPP, FS and RDL but fell asleep after dinner. Been waking up pretty early which means I really need to get in training much earlier or I just get tired and pass out.

    Had thought about going heavy but wasn't happening during Powers. Ate a big plate of beef and 3 eggs besides 2 big cookies, a cup of milk and 2 slices of cinna bread besides whey and a monster otw to gym and banana during

    MuSn 50 63 68-no press after turnover. Loaded 66 but didnt bother after feeling it. Psn 73 78 82-DL. Tried 80 and missed. Did 61 75 80 then a 85sn which felt too heavy to bother putting 88 on.

    PC 70 86 93 95. Cn 100.

    SnPPx3 50 75 86 91/2+1. Done.

    FSx3 100 125 141 147 nada with 150

    explosive jerk dipsx3 150 166 174 180 182

    Sn grip rows off deficit with strapsx3: 70 84 93 97 100

    Sn rdl off deficit with strapsx3 100 120 130 nada with 134

    May do some accessories tomorrow, light sunday, heavy singles Mon or skip tomorrow and go heavy Sun. will go by feel.

    9/10 meant to do something light sunday but skipped. Mon didn't sleep well but managed to get a nap after an early dinner only to find out an old gymnast passed away. after dealing with that a few hrs with a headache that came back, a monster and acetominophen helped but shined on the idea once it got past 12.

    ate a nice brunch of eggs and beef. strong coffee, a 8oz coke, a kitkat and another monster with 1 tab of acetominophen. bar felt really warming up

    MuSn 50 63 68 70! Psn 77! 82 85PR!!! for a walk fwd. Sn panda pull slow af off floor 88 91 93 95

    PC 80, shoulder didnt feel like jerking. 93. 97 clean ext pull. 100 clean

    FS 125 145 156 163 miss otw up. put 175 on bar and racked it. went back to 166, racked it, walked out, started feeling light going out so dumped it

    put 143 back on bar to work back some trips but nope

    9/12 didn't quite sleep as well as I liked but alright. 3eggs and some diced ham with 2 pieces of toast. double cheeseburger with some milk later. whey, banana, ate apple during sesh. headache was starting to come on so popped 1 acetominophen b4 starting and another while warming up snatching. seems to have more related to caloric intake bc gassed out on CJ

    MuSn 50 63 68. Passed on 70 bc i didn't feel like it would be there. Psn 75 80. passed on going more. sn 85 88 (crashed a bit on wrist) 91-smoked the shit out of it. 93-2 intentional panda pulls and didn't bother giving it a 3rd try

    PCJ loaded up with 70 and 75 and decided to go back to 50 bc i took a longer break after sn. 70 85 91-missed twice then hit it. clarked 95 and dl 100.

    called it. just out of gas

    9/14 woke up a bit after 8am instead of 10 which sucked. took a nap past 6 to 830 and was just dragging ass until 1030. made some tea with those fucking herbs skipping a monster but did pop some acetominophen besides a banana and whey. ate a pound of beef and 3 eggs around 5.

    PCJ 50 70 86 93. CJ 100.

    FS 125 141 145. all within an hr. about 30min to warmup.

    slept alright. ate 1.25# of beef with 1 egg, some tortilla chips later. whey in the evening but got drowsy around 630 after i popped it with the herb mix which was odd. 3 cookies.

    got to gym around 9, later than i have been but felt fine but sluggish to wu which i chalked up to not doing much on Sunday

    MuSn 50, 63-felt alright, stiff in the start pos. 68-grindy press. psn 75-alright. 80 DL then pull from knee. no PSN happened. tried to Sn and DL it. Managed a panda after and was just done. put 70 and nada, too much.

    was eating banana

    PCJ 50 felt alright but jerk heavy. 70-ugh. 84-clark DL. and that was it.

    BS 70 felt fine 100 felt heavy and 120 was damn heavy. all with a pause in hole. barely could rack 125 and reracked it calling it.

    dehydrated?

    got hungry when i was home but i wouldnt have thought i was hungry. ate a sizeable plate of pasta at home, felt better.

    given that monster and a 3 scoop glass of coffee early in the day besides some diet cola i should feel wired but just tired.
