    that workout from the 11th seemed to have caused a relapse in my sinuses. i still feel a bit besides just achy.

    for about 20 minutes i went to the gym and did a short warmup and some barwork.

    2 sets of 10 sn grip pulldowns and supinated pulldowns in front, then 20 reps in each.

    a set of 10 leg presses with #180, then 10 each R/L

    i suppose i will need to slowly increase my workouts but i dont think i will probably train seriously until after thanksgiving or xmas, got some stuff to do and kinda like being chill though im getting fatter.

    kind of a moot point since i'm really not feeling that great. get a headache a bit if i even hang from a bar and do shrugs. need to clear out whatever im still laggin from

    pulldowns #50: 20 btn, 10 in front. then #70, 10+10. #90, 10+10

    3 Sets of Curl and Press R+L same time #15, 20, 25

    25 russian swings with 14, 24, 32 kg KB intersparsed with the other shit

    about 30min total

    11/7 has it really been that long? running on 2 microwave burritos, a 32oz gatorade i drank half before and during sesh, and a kitkat. not enough basically

    11/17 finally a chiptotle extra meat carne asada burrito. few hrs later felt ready to hit gym and got there b4 1030. no ibuprofen to knock out sinuses upon waking up though i still feel a bit of it posting this

    took my sweet ass time getting through the w/u

    BS: 10s pause 70 100 125 141/5s. racked 150 and did nothing with it twice, once just to feel up. lower back said nope.

    MuSn+PSn+hangSn 50. 60 failed MuSn. Psn+Pause knee Sn. 70 failed Psn fwd. then Psn+Sn that was slow and heavy off floor.

    we'll see how my sinuses feel tomorrow. maybe train twice a week with general strength twice a week and some definite cardio in there until 2020. At most, back to 3 day training format

    No hip MuSnx5 #65 85 100/45 110/50 these are slow but I really wasn't feeling up to doing even lifts in sandals are barbell work by the time I got in after some work rounds. Felt good after.

    MuSn KneePsn HipSn 50 55. Failed with 60 on MuSn. 60 Psn+KneeSn. 65. missed 70 Psn forward, not enough bar height. Did a high pull, then panda from knee. Did a Panda from floor. PSn it finally. Done

    11/30 didn't make it to training past 2 mornings. elected to just do BW stuff at home.

    did 2-3 minutes of KangSquats. At least 50 reps.

    15 hanging tuckups to warmup shoulder and lower back

    neutral grip Pullups 5 6 7 5 4 4

    knee pushups: 10 on fingertips, 10 on mcp ridge, 10 on palms. 10-10-5 on fingers, same on palms

    strict K2E 10 8 5 4 3

    MuSn+KneePSn+HipSn 50 57. R knee felt odd after the PSn at 57. Put on 60 and did nothing with it as it hurt to flex knee. Did a DL with it, a high pull, a panda but stopped.

    Gave it awhile, sitting in an asian squat and doing some other shit besides shooting the shit. Pretty much figured it was a day.

    MuCnPPPJPauseKneeCnJ 50. PCPJPauseKneeCnJ. 70 80 87. PCPauseKneeCnJ 90. Done for day. PJ at 87 was iffy.

    12/8 I've actually been doing stuff though. On the 4th I cut a bunch of small tall ass trees in my moms backyard with a handsaw besides tipping them over and controlling them down (most weren't wider than 6" in diameter but 20-30' or some shit. Ridiculously tall. Hands were sore for a solid 2 days and I was definitely huffing and puffing.

    Didn't get around to training on Fri or Sat but swung by BBG. Ate 2 carnitas tacos before with a churro and 2 tostada chips. Had a small plate of chicken and rice for brunch.

    70 BS/10s pause then FS. 100 125. Good to start off.

    MuSn+PauseKneePSN+slow pull to hip sn 50 55. no dice with 60 so pauseknee PSn+slowpull to hipsn. then 65. then just died at 70 for psn 3x. lower back was feeling weak

    Psn 50 60 65 70. Nada with 75 but a Sn Panda pull. Then 80 85 88 90.

    SnDLx5 slow focusing on positions especially transfer from knee to power like Dan Bells shift drill. 50 60 70 80 85 88 90. no straps. eleiko bar lol

    SnPP 50/10 70/5 75/5 80/3

    FS/3 80 100 120
