10/9 couldn't get jerk session in last night so doubled up today. ate 3 eggs and like a pound or pound and a half or milanesa. banana and herbal crap before training and a handful of strawberries in the middle.

coulda used more food but wasn't likely to be a great day anyways. basically making the best of it
