    Fighting through a cold. Main hindrance was dehydration/cramping. Can't seem to take in water fast enough to replace losses from runny nose etc. Also random aches in random places. Still, felt better after warming up than I did all day at work.

    Missed gym yesterday due to early holiday closure (the day before the holiday??).
    Wonky shoulder on ohs. Felt a bit on jerks as well. Lifting otherwise decent. Snatch and c&j were both catch & stand today, no pausing in the hole. Getting a bit better at racking the dumbbells, able to go a little heavier this time.

    Interesting height for block cleans. Forces starting over the bar, transition into re-position for second pull (knees out + scoop). Bump & duck not an option.

    Quads fairly beat from clean volume. Short sleep kinda hit me this evening. Nap helped a bit but still groggy after. Pushed through and got decent workout. Mostly salvaged by circuit work. Was nice to get redemption on 275 jerk, lifted with pure stubbornness. Dip/drive was fine but catch shaky/noncommittal.

    Wish I hadn't missed yesterday.
    Lifts felt clumsy. Hips tucking under on heavier snatches and cleans. Cleans over-pulled. Volume at the end was decent. Nice to feel like I'm doing work. More comfortable without belt.
