    Very poppy pulls lately. Should try a big power clean. 265 was way over-pulled, 270 was more reasonable. Footwork was goofy on 265 jerk miss. 270 was the same but just gooned it out. Jerks up to and including 245 were like nothing (minimal dip, fast). Probably should've taken 255 in between. 20# jump at that percentage makes technique breakdown harder to avoid. FS were beltless, big focus on position.

    Had a more comprehensive workout planned - got to SFU and discovered I'd forgotten my lifters! Originally wanted block snatch (to compensate for deadlifts yesterday), didn't want to set it up. Maybe should've.

    Bit tired from long day but loosened up ok in warm up. Took forever to get a bar though. Jerks very snappy/poppy, felt like nothing overhead. PC fairly smooth, no crash (typically have to start correcting for bar crash for any pc over 100kg).
