    Just a little spur-of-the-moment tune-up for tomorrow - gonna return to TCC tomorrow for the first time in 3+ months. So many legendary moments at that gym over the years...

    Honestly felt very sharp tonight; everything was snappy, good tech, weights felt light. Hopefully will feel same tomorrow.

    Was great to get back to The Temple and see all the old faces! Snatches could've been better (speed/power/positions all good but stability was an issue, I think short night + driving took a toll). Clean and jerk were OK, albeit 115 clean wasn't great (good positions and speed again but almost got pinned :P). Jerks were good. Snappy.

    Best bench session in a long time. Felt very solid throughout. Smooth & steady bar path, no butt lift (maybe a little on top single...). I think this roughly equals my best ever bench Wilkes-wise, but in terms of stability, etc. it's miles better. Squats were ok, good tempo. Pretty stoked on how my pull/turnover/lockout is feeling on snatch lately. Overhead lifts are feeling pretty good in general at the moment.

    Short sleep, long day, not enough food, but still OK workout. Bitch weights obviously, but felt good. Forgot my ACE bandages. Made the warm-up a little tougher, but once I was mobile I felt like I was able to get a much better catch and bounce out of the hole (provided I timed it right, which didn't always happen). Lifting felt more athletic over all.

    Probably would've been a much shittier workout had ma boi slevv not dropped in unannounced. That was a pretty tidy little C&J complex.

    Surprisingly decent workout given prep was poor (sleep, food, work, etc.). Cleans have been pretty sexy lately. FS was a write off but DL was better than expected. Maybe could've grinded out 405 but would've been pretty gross. Was happy enough with positions and bar speed on 385. Bench was OK except started losing power in right shoulder on reps (?). Hopefully a one-off.

    Forgot water bottle at key point in the day, wasn't able to rehydrate in time and ended up with headache. Pretty annoying bc I think this would have been a pretty good workout otherwise. As it was, wasn't bad. Movements felt good. Maybe should've gone a little heavier for PC/J triples. Press felt pretty good, haven't really been doing it.

    Biggest/best power snatches in months... very snappy. Hips felt great after snatch reps, helped squats a lot (though squat poundage obviously affected by preceding snatch volume). Bench singles moved very well; surprised myself with rapid-fire 185x10. Possibly could've done 11 or 12 but rep quality would've dropped off pretty fast, and I ain't about that no more.

    Pretty early workout by my standards. Only 45 min. Mobility was surprisingly good. Felt decent overall.
