    Snatch warm ups were decent but fell apart a bit in 80-90% range. Doubles were better. 220 wasn't a save in the hole, but it was a save in the sense that it felt heavy and out of position at the knees and I had to yank hard at the top and zip under as fast as I could to make the rep.
    Saw Kyle Dosterchill's post about low hang cleans and thought it could be a good tool for alleviating some of my clean issues. Definitely felt more patient and connected with the bar in the hang cleans. Jerks weren't great, but definitely better than yesterday.
    Squats were tight and fast, but ran out of gas. Would've liked a few more sets. OH shoulder press much harder on my left side.

    Pretty long day; thought I wouldn't be able to reasonably squeeze in a workout. 50 min workout but it turned out decent. Snatches were quite fast. Focused on patience and setting shoulder blades in a low position before pulling -- slevv pointed out that I've been pulling with my shoulders already shrugged up, which limits pull and bar control at the top end. Still need more patience on cleans, though I didn't have any pauses in the hole. Couple deadlifts just for something heavy.

    *Felt oddly heavy on the left side when standing. After I put the bar down I saw that the sleeve had started to come off. That explained it. Switched bars.
    **Surprised myself with the first miss. Caught the bounce perfectly and started to come out of the hole fast. Guess I wasn't ready for it -- lost balance and tipped back. Second miss also a near-save.
    Squats were blah.
