    Jerks up to 110 felt like nothing. 115 and 120 were shaky; slevv pointed out that I was shifting at the bottom of the dip. Probably dipping too deep, and not controlled enough.

    Liked the snatch progression: smaller jumps in ramp up. Jerks felt quite good, but holding overhead and re-racking a bit shaky. Would love some jerk blocks. Most I've push pressed in a while. Shoulder didn't feel good but didn't feel terrible either.

    Kinda pissed at myself. Bigger snatch attainable today but lost focus. Triples were decent. Quite mobile today, enough so that fs was too loosey goosey, not solid enough. Snatch dead felt solid enough.
